Department of Athletics - Ticket Office

Responsible for renewing athletic season tickets and Seminole Booster donations as well as securing referrals, add-ons and upgrades. Serve as primary sales and service contact for assigned account base.
Responsible for developing and coordinating touch point programs to deliver customized communications, events and benefits that engage customers, drive loyalty and maximize all revenue generation opportunities.
Work with department leadership to set policies, establish goals and secure revenue in support of FSU Athletics Department funding needs.

A Bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience; or a high school education and relevant education and/or experience equal to six years. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in ticket sales/retention, service/ hospitality, and event management. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Problem solving skills; ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.

Experience with Paciolan Ticketing System and/or SalesForce CRM

Other Information

Background Check Requirements
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check to include fingerprinting.

Pay Plan
This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.
