Speech/Language Pathologist - #600962
Northern Arizona University is currently seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist in the department of Institute for Human Development. The successful candidate will work with the tribal, local and state Part C (AzEIP) programs to provide eligibility evaluations, program planning, and IFSP development and consultation to families with children ages birth to two years, 11 months. Work with IHD and community health, education and social programs to develop and/or implement innovative and effective models or strategies to meet the needs of families with children birth to 18 with disabilities who live on the Hopi reservation or Navajo Nation in Arizona. Write evaluation reports, project updates, and miscellaneous correspondence. Travel to family homes or meetings. Respond to the training and technical assistance needs of families and community based service providers and programs. Work collaboratively with other IHD projects as appropriate. This position is contingent on available funding. Minimum Qualifications: Must have or be eligible for state licensure Annual Salary: $53,000 to $57,000 for full-time depending on experience.
