Partners with Talent Management professionals in providing high quality service to managers and employees in Talent Management matters. Manages and implements projects, represents senior Talent Management leadership in gathering information, reviews and analyzes data, conducts research and provides direct support to several members of the Talent Management leadership team, including the Senior Director.

Key Functions and Expected Performances:
Project Management, Support and Implementation
  • Supports and guides projects, including research, coordination with campus and medical center partners, providing updates and staffing meetings
  • Communicates with managers to learn about areas of concern, gather current practices, test proposed revisions and preview changes
  • Drafts and edits documents, presentations, graphic displays
  • Gathers, reviews, synthesizes and presents information and data
  • Effectively uses HR project management methodology and technology
  • Maintains very high level of coordination with HR partners (HRIS, service delivery teams, communication, compensation, etc.).
  • Provides administrative support during initiatives like national recruiting events, recruiting open-houses, etc.
Representing Talent Management department and leadership
  • Provides support in gathering background information and data for leadership presentations, special project work or All Hands Meetings
  • Addresses Talent Management questions and issues on behalf of senior Talent Management leaders
Supporting Developing Talent Management Best-Practice
  • Routinely researches trends, changes and best practices across the country to senior Talent Management leadership
Administrative Support to senior Talent Management leadership
  • Manages calendar and other administrative responsibilities for Senior Director and Manager of Medical Center Talent Acquisition, and Manager of Research, Sourcing & Development.
  • Maintains complicated excel spreadsheets ensuring that data is always up to date and accurate.
  • Makes travel arrangements for candidates and coordinates interview scheduling with multiple, high level hiring officials.
  • Coordinates outreach for national recruiting meetings, ensuring that booth and supplies, plus recruiter travel are shipped/arranged in a timely and cost effective method.

Preferred Education, Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Proficiency using advanced techniques in Excel
  • Superior customer service skill
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work independently, use common sense and be self-directed
  • High degree of confidentiality

Basic Qualifications

This position requires an Associate's degree and 12 months of relevant experience.
