Job Description To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below. Establishes goals and objectives for Delaware Campus student engagement and leadership programs to include: activities, wellness and social programs, student organizations/clubs, and student ambassador or student activities board programs. 2 Develops and implements student activities, wellness and social programs in collaboration with Student Engagement and Leadership (SEaL) and Delaware Campus colleagues. 3. Develops and implements effective marketing for student activities, wellness and social programs at the Delaware Campus. 4. Conducts outreach/communication with students regarding services. 5. Develops and implements assessment and evaluation for all programs. 6. Advances development and supervision of student leadership programs. 7. Coordinates opportunities and functions of Student Ambassador and/or Student Activities Board program by overseeing daily schedules and programs including leadership development meetings and events. 8. Implements and develops Delaware Campus leadership seminars and learning programs for Student Ambassadors and/or Student Activities board members and students. 9. Assists with coordinating recruitment and evaluation of new student ambassadors and/or student activity board members. 10. Maintains confidentiality of student records and other confidential information. 11. Supports programs by building on-campus and off-campus collaborations; recruit and nurture business and organization partners through phone calls, email, and site visits as appropriate. 12. Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside normal schedule as needed to meet workload demand. Performs other related duties as required.

Required education/experience An appropriate combination of education, training, course work and experience may qualify an applicant to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Bachelor Degree in Student Development/Leadership or related field

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Knowledge of: computer and programs (i.e. excel, word, PowerPoint); Set up required equipment for student activities events Ability to: Direct and coordinate work of student employees. Maintain accurate records and files and prepare required reports; understand and follow oral and written instructions; maintain confidentiality Skill in: Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; working with a diverse community; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work; maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications for this position are: Bachelor Degree in Student Development/Leadership or related field with 3 to 5 years related experience.

Training/Certifications Required State of Ohio Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to worksite(s).
