University Housing / Child Development Programs

This is a lead teacher position at FSU Infant & Toddler's Center

Develops curricula for classroom and assistant teachers; develops and conducts classroom instruction; maintains appropriate records and evaluations related to the participation, performance and accomplishments of children enrolled in the program; determines priorities for the establishment of special educational programs; participate in workshops, conferences, and seminars.
This position is responsible to the director of the center.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
Must have minimum 2 years classroom experience working with children 6wks through 2.5 years and knowledge of Curriculum Design as well as an understanding of Developmentally Appropriate Practice.

Other Information
Position requires completion of state mandated 45 clock hour DCF training, First Aid and CPR within 6 months of hire.

Anticipated Salary Range
$30,000 - negotiable according to experience and education
