Duties and Responsibilities This position is responsible for analyzing applications for admission to Fairmont State University and/or Pierpont Community & Technical College. Position assumes the key role in the examination of students' applications and evaluation of the required confidential documentation for admission for each institution. This position is the main contact for admission for general applications, dual enrollment programs, Board of Governors and Regents Bachelors of Arts admission programs. This position also reviews and verifies financial aid documentation for the verification process. Provide back up to other areas in Enrollment Services as needed.

Minimum Required Education Job requires broad trade knowledge or specific technical or business knowledge received from a formal registered apprentice or vocational training program or obtained through an associate's degree of over 18 months and up to 3 years beyond high school.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications

Type and Amount of Experience Needed Over one year and up to two years of experience; however, any equivalent combination of education and/or experience is acceptable which provides an applicant the listed knowledge, skills, and abilities and the capability to perform the essential functions of the job.

Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of experience with student information computer systems.
