Position Summary: The Office of the Dean of the College (ODOC) seeks a Program Coordinator. This position coordinates or supports multiple programs and functions overseen by the senior associate dean of the college. This position requires flexibility, initiative, the ability to set priorities, manage complexity and work to deadline in a fast-paced and changing work environment. - Provide logistical support for all ODOC programs and events during freshman orientation. This work requires close collaboration with a broad range of campus partners, including academic departments, offices of Campus Life, University Services, Residential Colleges, and Office of the Registrar. This is a complex task that involves a high level of responsibility, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. Creativity, problem-solving and crisis management are required on a daily basis. - Provide support for all ODOC communications with the freshman class and their families, including content management for and oversight of the incoming student web portal and social media sites (requires familiarity with Drupal content management system) - Provide coordination and support for two major fellowship programs, including tracking on-line applications and funding allocations. - Manage the residential college graduate student on-line application process. - Provide support for the work of the Committee on Examinations and Standing, for which the senior associate dean serves as secretary. Prepare committee materials and manage all correspondence and student records related to the work of the committee, including withdrawals, readmissions and appeals. This work is highly confidential, time sensitive, and requires meticulous attention to detail. - Use PRIME to manage financial accounts for all programs associated with this office. - Manage all systems that support student programs and funding, which may include the senior thesis application process in addition to SAFE and CONCUR. - Undertake special projects and initiatives at the discretion of the senior associate dean. - Other duties include, but are not limited to, managing departmental information, updating department and program directories, ordering supplies for the Office of the Dean of the College.

Essential Qualifications: Position Requires: - 5 years or more of relevant experience - Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage complex projects - Strong work ethic, highest levels of professional judgment, discretion and competence - Ability to work collaboratively; flexibility in adapting to changing needs and priorities - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills - Excellent command of Microsoft Word. Excel, Access. Powerpoint, Share Point and Outlook - Willingness to learn financial and data management systems as required - Some college courses

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred: - Experience at Princeton University - Familiarity with Drupal, PRIME, social media and data management tools - Bachelor's degree The final candidate will be required to completed a background check successfully. Review of resumes will begin immediately.
