Position Summary: This position serves at the Broad College of Business, Lear Corporation Career Services Center as the recruiting manager; the successful candidate will coordinate and monitor on-campus interview schedules annually for employers recruiting students across all majors; monitors resume submission, employer selection and student sign-up to ensure for full interview schedules; monitors the system to filter requests for job postings, interviews, company events and career fair registrations; utilizes Excel and Career Services Management System to maintain the records of on-campus interviews, company event workshops and advising; compiles comprehensive reports in Excel regarding student activity in the area of on-campus interviews, programs, workshops and advising to share with Career Services Network and the Broad College; develops and conducts training to staff and students on the recruiting software tool and on the kiosk to ensure collection of student activity data across campus, including any updates to the program; participates in the development of programs related to Career Services Management system; schedules meetings with staff, departments and clients; collaborates with Career Services Network Recruiting Manager to provide efficient and seamless services to students and employers; assists Undergraduate Academic Services and Multicultural Business Programs with projects and events; assists with duties related to Project/Event Coordinator including assisting with coordination of venue, parking, menu, shipping logistics, event layout, signage, and staff assignment for Career Fairs.

Support Staff: Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing bachelor's degree; three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive experience working with employers developing job and career opportunities, event management, or related activities; experience with on-campus recruiting management systems; experience developing and administering reports; experience in spreadsheet software; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; possession of a valid vehicle operator's license.

Typing Requirements (wpm):

Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software; experience in database software and/or recruiting management software; ability to perform well under pressure during peak recruiting periods with exemplary quality; ability to handle multiple assignments; excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary in order to coordinate and promote programmatic activities, answer questions, exchange information and resolve problems when necessary.
