Position Summary: The successful candidate will collaborate in planning, research, and implementation of educational delivery technologies to facilitate undergraduate and graduate teaching, research, and service; collaborates in acquisition and use of technologies for an academic unit.

Support Staff: Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which would normally be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in instructional technology, telecommunications, communications, or a related field; one year of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in telecommunications, studio recording, and adult education; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typing Requirements (wpm):

Desired Qualifications: Experience developing on-line classes in Desire 2 Learn platform; experience with studio recording and editing using software such as TechSmith Camtasia, and Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro; experience with AV equipment including polycom systems; experience with ExamSoft; experience with web site design using Dreamweaver and/or Mura; experience with Zoom or Skype conferencing; familiarity with PC and MAC computer systems; strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well with others in a collaborative team atmosphere.
