TRAINING & DEV CONSLNT SR
Duties: This role is responsible for: designing, developing, and delivering leadership development programs; coaching leaders and staff on professional development and career management; and consulting with leaders and their teams on change management needs, organizational development activities, and staff engagement survey results.
Qualifications: A Master's degree, preferably in Leadership Development, I/O Psych, Adult Learning, or Educational Leadership, and 2 to 3 or more years of experience designing, developing and delivering online and classroom-based learning to leaders and staff, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong, proven written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates who have experience with Articulate, Camtasia, Lectora or similar software and who can provide a diverse portfolio of work samples are preferred
