Responsibilities
Incumbent will uphold and exemplify the operating practices and mission of the Association and oversee the successful implementation of all related functions and manage information, data, forms and reports associated with Seminole Clubs. Other duties include, but are not limited to assisting with the implementation of activities, programming, and events designed to create awareness, foster communication, stimulate involvement and strengthen the connection between the University and Alumni. Coordinates the planning, promotion and execution of events associated with Alumni Association and University Outreach including the annual Seminole Club Leadership Conference, efforts for membership acquisition, special events, alumni outreach programs, constituency groups, reunions, and homecoming. On behalf of the Assistant Director, will assist in the implementation of new alumni programs by coordinating data pulls, communication efforts, correspondence and related paperwork. Incumbent will organize Seminole Club constituent data and ensure it is incorporated into Raiser's Edge, contribute to the preparation of reports as necessary and protect confidential information. Disseminate, collects and reviews financial reports from all Seminole Clubs, ensuring accurate completion in a timely manner. Manages data and reports associated with Seminole Club Leaders, Seminole Clubs and the Seminole Club network. Administers Seminole Club scholarships, both endowed and non-endowed and will work with the FSU Foundation Accounting staff to ensure documents are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or a high school diploma or equivalency and two years experience, or a combination of a post-high school education and experience equal to six years.
Experience in the planning, promotion and execution of events and conferences.
Experience in collecting, reviewing and compiling data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Customer service experience.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
Strong organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
A valid Florida or Georgia driver's license or the ability to obtain.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include some evening and weekend hours.
