Support and assist the alumni affairs and development offices of a number of schools and colleges with general administrative help. Directly support the Director of Development overseeing the schools and their staff. Organize, plan, and communicate with multiple departments within development and alumni relations and across campus. Maintain appointment schedules for the director, prepare reports, draft correspondence, and resolve any procedural and workflow issues and day to day events and operations.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S. preferred, one to three years of related experience.
