Duties: Provide legal support for Penn Medicine & its components/departments as they relate to transaction matters, contracts, leasing, corporate and patient care services with an emphasis on contract drafting and review, lease review, drafting and administration of licensing agreements, equipment, purchasing and leasing, space rental, consulting and staffing agreements, real estate and construction issues, educational affiliations, tax matters, bond due diligence, bond providers use and other transaction matters.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and two to three years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, are required. Paralegal certification required. Three to five years of contracting paralegal experience, preferably in corporate office, law firm, or hospital legal office setting, strongly preferred. Must demonstrate superior proficiency with MS Office and other computer applications. Must be team-oriented and able to exercise initiative and independent judgment. Must have superior demonstrated organization, planning, analytical, and communication skills. Must have a diplomatic, personable, responsive and practical approach to clients and outside third parties. Must be able to deal tactfully and professionally in a helpful manner with all levels of management. Must be energetic and flexible. Must speak, read, and write fluent English.
