Senior Manager, Student Recruitment and Marketing - Hanoi

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic person to undertake the following leadership responsibility: • Providing leadership for all aspects of student recruitment, including marketing and enquiry management, for RMIT Vietnam in Hanoi. The incumbent will work closely with the Director of Student Recruitment and Marketing and functional managers in the Student Recruitment and Marketing directorate to ensure activities in Hanoi are coordinated and aligned with the University’s strategy and business plan. • Developing and guiding implementation of an international recruitment strategy and plan for RMIT Vietnam under the direction of the Director of Student Recruitment and Marketing The position is required to undertake efficient and effective management of the human, financial and information resources of the recruitment and marketing teams in Hanoi, including a balanced group budget which meets the Universities financial management requirements. Dependent on previous experience and academic achievement, the successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package including Private Medical Insurance. To be successful in this critical position, you must demonstrate: • Proven leadership management experience in developing and successfully implementing higher education student recruitment strategies, both domestic and international. • Proven success in managing student recruitment agents in higher education • Strong track record of managing human, financial and other resources, particularly developing, guiding and motivating teams. • Demonstrated experience in influencing, developing and implementing policy, ensuring adherence to organisation guidelines and/or government legislation.
