GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibility for the content, quality, coordination, and effectiveness of the assigned curricula. Teach day, evening and weekend courses in Culinary Arts and other management courses in the Business Technologies Department using effective teaching strategies; develop, revise, and maintain course and instructional materials; advise students in academic and professional development; remain current in teaching field; purchase and maintenance of program supplies and equipment; maintenance of lab areas and other duties as assigned by the department chair. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts; with at least three (3) years of industry experience in food service; and at least one (1) year of teaching experience.
