Faculty Position in Accounting
Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business, Department of Accounting, Taxation, and Legal Studies in Business invites applications for an anticipated tenure-track position at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level beginning Fall 2015. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Business with an accounting concentration. Applicants at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels will be separated by the depth and breadth of their research, publication, and teaching record. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. The University and the Department are interested in qualified candidates who can contribute, through their research, teaching, mentorship, and service, to the diversity and excellence of the academic community. Summer research support and summer and winter teaching opportunities are available. The Frank G. Zarb School of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and has received a special accreditation in Accounting from AACSB. The Frank G. Zarb School of Business offers the B.B.A., M.B.A., and a variety of specialized M.S. programs.
