As part of the School of Management Graduate Admission (GAO) team, the Associate Director has the responsibility for managing the enrollment process for specialty Masters programs and PhD programs. Manage the GAOs operations, including supervision of staff, development and implementation of efficient processes to support recruitment and conversion and oversight of customer service activities. Responsible for oversight of the databases and report output.

Required Skills

B.S./B.A., Master's Degree preferred, exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to develop and manage client relationships with a demonstrated proficiency in sustaining professional networks, superior customer satisfaction focus, demonstrated ability to set and meet targets, strong interpersonal skills and a Demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse client base, strong analytical and computer skills, including MS Office, excellent supervisory skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals and four to six years of experience in graduate admissions. Frequent domestic and international travel and night and weekend work is required.
