Job Description Summary:
A post-doctoral position is available immediately in Dr. Lu's laboratory at The George Washington University in Washington, DC to investigate acetyl modification of mitochondrial proteins associated with diseases and stresses. The major focus is to identify signaling pathways of new SIRT3 targets in liver disease and neurodegenerative diseases. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, and have a recent PhD degree, a solid publication record and excellent communication abilities.
