SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Supporting the Learning Solutions Group's Concourse deployment and ongoing maintenance processes for The Undergraduate School and The Graduate School. Completing deployment tasks, providing status reporting, and managing service requests for data fixes. Providing administrative support to LSG for content-oriented initiatives, new process design, and updates to existing methodologies Maintaining departmental content using a variety of software solutions Preparing content and it's metadata to be stored in the EQUELLA Learning Content Management System. Providing ongoing training to University staff. Other job-related duties as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and two (2) years of experience in an office environment. Candidates will be technologically proficient and required to be distinctly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Candidates will have strong organizational skills; excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to learn new software solutions quickly.
