SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Oversees all aspects of innovative technology at Colorado College, including smart classrooms and technology-rich learning spaces, instructional technology for faculty, staff, and student support, web tools training, and GIS; provides leadership, budget oversight, policy development, public relations and communications, and opportunities for staff professional development as well as hands-on support and direct service to the campus community. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of three years' experience in academic technology; project management experience; experience in budgeting and data-driven decision making; vendor relations and negotiation experience; experience communicating with and coordinating a variety of constituents; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong and forward-thinking leadership abilities; strong collaborative working style and ability to work well within a team; demonstrated commitment to academic innovation through technology; ability to thrive in an unstructured environment; dedication to excellence in visioning and innovation; strong time-management and problem-solving skills; ability and desire to learn continuously and quickly, as required by the technical challenges of this environment.
