Basic Qualifications: Must possess Paralegal certification; Associates Degree and two (2) year experience in a legal office, local government and/or state government, or any equivalent combination education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position; Excellent oral, written and organizational skills; The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability to organize and facilitate complex legal and regulatory projects, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, build productive working relationships with others across campus, maintain confidentiality and interact with university department heads and state agencies with confidence and credibility; and, Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment, travel to other offices and outside agencies and manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
