General Summary of Responsibilities: Utilizing a strong background in bond accounting, financing and financial planning, the Director of the VSU Auxiliary Services Real Estate Foundation, Inc. (Real Estate Foundation) will serve as the chief financial officer and manager of the university's public/private ventures. In addition to the essential duties listed below, the Director of the Real Estate Foundation may be asked to support the financial advancement of the Auxiliary Services unit with other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Finance and Administration.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field required, Masters preferred. Experience in bond accounting or transactions.
Physical Requirements: Vision Hearing Speaking Ability to climb Stairs
