Major Duties: General Summary: Assistant Director provides direction, guidance, advocacy, counseling, and mentoring across Greek Councils and their respective chapters. Implement training though the development of the Greek Leadership Curriculum. Assists with planning and implementing student activities, services, and campus programming for Greek Life Councils. Major Duties - Provides direction, guidance, advocacy, counseling and mentoring for 1000 members of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Implements training. And developmental activities through development of the Greek Life Leadership Curriculum. - Maintains and properly administers fiscal responsibility for the Greek Leadership Curriculum budget. Supervises and coordinates programs that meet the needs of the student population, and implements program policies and procedures. - Assists with the development and implementation of programs and services that advance students' co-curricular experiences and appeal to the diverse student population and ensures compliance with state and federal mandates. - Effectively execute and adjudicate judicial policies and procedures to maintain integrity and hold Greek Community student organizations accountable. - Researches trends and best practices. Assesses activities, events, and programs and provides recommendations for changes and improvements. - Supervises student staff.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications - Master's degree in Student Affairs, or other relevant field. - Three years of experience in coordinating student activities and programs including some administrative experience in one or more of the following areas: student development/learning, program planning, student activities and organizations, leadership or relevant areas. - Working knowledge and/or prior experience of working with and understanding Greek Life student organizations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working with diverse student populations. - Some budget experience.
