Unit Job Summary: Assistant Director, Executive Education: To plan and coordinate the administrative and operational activities of executive education programs, both on and off campus. Duties and Responsibilities -Prepare administrative and operational plans for executive programs. -Plan and oversee the scheduling of program facilities, equipment and services. -Contact and confirm faculty for programs. -Supervise and coordinate enrollment of program participants. -Oversee the implementation of program arrangements and supervise vendor service delivery. -Evaluate and initiate improvements in program services. -Prepare and monitor program budgets. -Review and revise current program budgets and prepare projections of budgets for future programs. -Assist in the preparation and editing of program marketing materials. -Assist in planning and coordinate implementation of marketing activities. -Evaluate customer reaction to program content and identify program areas in need of improvement. -Establish targeting criteria and research list selection and oversee distribution activities. -Maintain and evaluate the effectiveness of mailing lists. -Coordinate work with photographers, copywriters, designers, printers, and mailers. -Establish and maintain post office accounts and mailing permits. -Plan and schedule workflow, set priorities and insure that deadlines are met. -Coordinate promotional activities with Faculty Director and Director of Executive Education.

Unit Education: Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred

Unit Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience required. Considerable management experience that includes the supervision of professional employees is required. Considerable experience in executive and management development or related field required.
