Financial Services Planner
Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, as part of a team responsible for providing a holistic student financial aid experience with consistently high quality customer service standards; the primary responsibilities of this position include: • Program Management: Lead and administrator all aspects of Tri-County’s participation in the Federal Student Loan programs, encompassing a broad range of internal and external systems, controls and outreach. This position will also be responsible for the reconciliation processes for all student loan programs and the implementation and management of a campus-wide Financial Literacy initiative. • Education & Training: Coordinate a campus-wide training program to ensure all staff are well informed of the required information to accurately advise students and perform their roles successfully. Work in conjunction with other campus staff to develop functional requirements and documented staff training materials; serve as “coordinator” to develop the work requirements/task lists and set deadlines for completion to ensure timely and full implementation. • Policies & Procedures: Develop and maintain an accurate and complete employee FAQ reference manual. Ensure continual updates of the Policies and Procedures Training Manual.
