SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Directs athletics media relations and outreach, and provides direction and advice in the context of public relations and communications goals consistent with the college's mission; oversees all aspects of the athletics web site, as well as social and new media and video REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of five years related experience in the field of athletics communication to include at least three years of supervisory experience; strong organizational, communication, and writing skills; ability to work weekends/evenings and to travel when necessary; expertise in Stat Crew for all of the sports the college sponsors; experience using Adobe PhotoShop, web content management systems, html coding, social media platforms, video-editing systems and AP Style.
