Position Summary: The Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) is recruiting for Accelerator Physicists in the Accelerator Systems Division. This new position will play a critical role as project leaders in the design, fabrication, assembly, operation and maintenance of nuclear particle accelerators and related auxiliary equipment. The successful candidates will have experience in one of the areas: Beam Dynamics or Superconducting Radio Frequency.

A master's degree in physics is required. In At least five years of progressively more responsible work experience; or a combination of education and experience. In addition, experience working in a project environment and a thorough understanding of procedure manuals. Ability to work with export controlled items.
