This position will coordinate with various University groups in the development and deployment of projects. They must be able to do so independently as well as in support of the Director. The position has the responsibility to ensure that a high level of usability is maintained on all websites managed and supported by the Web Strategy team and will regularly perform a variety of usability testing as well as make recommendations to improve usability.  
Digital Project coordination 
Develop and review project plans 
Pull analytical data and submit reports to the Director of Web Strategy
Provide project support and effective communications. Set up and prepare for meetings, take meeting minutes and notes 
Communicate project timelines and status with internal and external project team members  
Coordinate the development of dynamic forms including diagraming workflow and project justification  

Ensure a high degree of usability on all University websites and forms 
Perform regular usability testing and tasks on products, applications and sites developed by the web strategy team 
Perform usability testing and tasks on products, applications and sites as requested by various University departments 
Make recommendations for improving usability and functionality

Ensure all sites  are optimized for search engines and 508 compliant. Follow World Wide Web Consortium W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
Monitor and analyze current and emerging Internet trends and technologies to help guide the planning and execution of online initiatives
