Position Summary: Serves as Business and Administration Manager and will be responsible for managing the accounting/budgeting, human resources, purchasing, and facilities management functions of Communications and Brand Strategy; will work with the CABS leadership team on organizational planning and performance improvement initiatives.

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in business, accounting, finance, or business Intelligence; three to five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive experience in accounting processes and procedures (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reporting); budget preparation and variance analysis; process and cost analysis and revenue projections; creating cost accounting models; development and presentation of reports for leadership; experience in managing human resource functions and working with human resource computer applications; creating and maintaining complex spreadsheet using spreadsheet software; creating complex reports in word processing software; creating basic databases and running basic database queries; financial analysis of marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns using industry tools and techniques; project management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typing Requirements (wpm):

Desired Qualifications: Master in business administration; experience with SAP software; related experience in higher education and/or in a marketing/communications environment.
