LEAD Curriculum, Student Life
Champlain College seeks a Coordinator to support the required student life programs of LEAD (Life, Experience & Action Dimension). Manage the day to day operations of the LEAD program activities, including: program data and workshop participation, administering the LEAD courses for student leaders, all communications to students, and running regular reports. Work with the Registrar's office and other Student Life departments on collaborative efforts.
A bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related program management experience required. Must be detail oriented, highly motivated and technically proficient in data tracking systems, web and social media technologies. Finalist will have outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to take initiative. Experience working in higher education, developing student leaders and working with databases is preferred. Regular job duties will include evening and weekend hours.
