Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and four years experience related to academic and/or student services or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.

Experience with project management and marketing.

Ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to effectively manage time, set priorities, and work independently.

Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.

Background Check Requirements
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.

Preferred
Experience with University academic policies and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities
Serve as a representative of the College of Business (COB) graduate programs to recruit and attract talented applicants to our various graduate-level programs. Arrange for FSU COB's participation in, and travel to recruitment events such as graduate school fairs, corporate information sessions, and alumni engagement events.

Oversee and coordinate the activities of employees responsible for the admission and recruitment of graduate students, as well as orientation for incoming students. Develop and implement admissions policies and procedures. Serve on graduate committees that render admissions decisions.

Develop a unified, comprehensive system for communication with prospective students using the CRM system. Work with the COB communications team to develop effective and engaging materials for dissemination to prospective students to provide information about and promotion of our graduate programs.

Work with the Director of Graduate Programs, Associate Dean, and Faculty program advisors to develop admission and enrollment goals for all graduate level programs and strategic recruitment plans to reach those goals.

Conducts research as appropriate for projects or initiatives related to graduate recruitment, to include current trends in graduate recruitment as well as potential student markets to secure new inquiries.
