Position Information:
Budgeted salary is $36,500. Priority consideration given to applicants who apply within two weeks of post date.
Reporting to the Director of Compliance, contributes to the general administration of the 17 Intercollegiate Athletic Programs with a special emphasis on compliance. Provides program support for the University's NCAA/Compliance Office and conference obligations.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and at least one year of professional experience in a division I intercollegiate athletics compliance office.
Knowledge of NCAA Compliance Assistant database, NCAA Eligibility Center, and Legislative Services Database (LSDBi).
Strong knowledge of NCAA regulations.
Experience with Microsoft Office systems.
Demonstrated ability to relate effectively with student, staff and the public required.
Ability to maintain good working relationships with all members of the department and student-athletes through a positive and constructive approach to tasks, appropriate conflict resolution behaviors, and timely and accurate problem solving abilities.
Uphold high professional and ethical standards with a strong commitment to integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree.
Experience with ACS software.
Knowledge of FERPA and general institutional departments (Academics, Financial Aid, Registrar, Admissions) and how they relate to athletics compliance.
Experience with student information systems.
