Assistant Professor of Digital Art and Design

The Department of Art at the University of North Alabama seeks applicants for a one-year, non-tenure-track, appointment to teach advanced digital media and foundation-level design beginning August 2014. The applicant must hold the Master of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related area; preferably have industry experience; be proficient in multimedia, motion graphics, print and web design; be able to utilize current software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.); be strongly committed to teaching and to work as a collegial team member. Salary is commensurate with degree and experience. The University of North Alabama Art Department is NASAD-accredited and offers BA, BS, and BFA degrees.
