SEARCH RE-OPENED - Wells College seeks qualified candidates for the position of Admissions Counselor. This position will represent Wells College to prospective students, parents, and high school counselors for the purpose of recruiting and selecting new students to the college. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: planning and implementing recruitment activities in assigned regions/territories (minimum six weeks of travel in the fall/ three weeks in the spring), managing all phases of the application and selection process, conducting prospective student interviews, participating in on-campus visitation programs, plus additional responsibilities and special projects. Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required. Experience in college admission, communications and marketing is preferred but not required. Weekend and evening work is required during peak recruitment seasons. Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
