Position Summary: Team Leader in all aspects of computer related duties at Emergency Response Solutions. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: database development and maintenance; Web site development and maintenance; computer set-up, trouble shooting and maintenance; and network set-up and maintenance; designs, plans, develops, and modifies database solutions for use by the unit, as well as external customers; will install, manage, update, and maintain network systems and software; responsible for supervising staff.

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, resource development, or related field; three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in an information technology area related to the duties to be performed; experience working with and developing systems in FileMaker Pro software (both older and newer versions); experience creating and maintaining Web sites; experience developing data base connectivity tools to work in conjunction with a Web site; experience with TCP-IP network set-up and maintenance; experience with developing and maintaining secure data bases and Web sites; experience in managing employees; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Qualifications: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users; strong leadership and organization skills; strong analytical and decision making skills; experience in outreach environment; high organizational, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills; and the ability to multi-task and prioritize a heavy workload.
