Position Summary: Transports, sets-up, and operates all multi-media equipment in Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center meeting and banquet rooms; provides instruction and assistance to hotel guests utilizing integrated media and computer systems; performs trouble shooting, diagnosis, and preventative maintenance for all audio-visual and computer equipment; oversees and trains student and part-time staff.

Support Staff: Minimum Requirements
Knowledge normally acquired through a high school education; one year of experience performing minor maintenance and repair of audiovisual equipment, computer equipment, or related materials; technical experience with audiovisual and computer setup and operations; experience with presentation software; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typing Requirements (wpm):

Desired Qualifications: Experience with multi-media/audiovisual services in hotel setting; proficiency in computer software programs including Microsoft Office.

Summary of Health Risks and Physical Demands (if applicable): Duties associated with this position involve lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying up to 25 pounds, pushing/pulling, and climbing stairs.
