Director of Clinical Practice, Speech-Language Pathology

Department: Speech Pathology, Educational Counseling, and Leadership

Position Summary:
Monmouth University’s Speech-Language Pathology program seeks a Director of Clinical Practice. This full-time position requires a detail- oriented, thoughtful, and dynamic individual who will be responsible for overseeing the Speech-Language Pathology clinic and external clinical practicum sites.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Master's degree, Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence

Required Skills or Software:
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word 2010, Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel 2010, On-line Records System, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment

Required Years of Experience: 3

Other Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in a a related field. Three years of professional experience in clinical supervision and/or clinical education. Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). New Jersey license-eligible as a speech-language pathologist. Willingness to travel locally on a regular basis.
