POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Will teach four courses of English per semester.  Course load is composed almost entirely of first year Writing, second year Literature (World, British, American, Contemporary), and third year Advanced Writing Business, Technical, Scientific) courses.   In some cases, instructors may be asked to teach courses in literature, creative writing , or some other area for which they might be qualified.  In addition to teaching courses, lecturers are responsible for attending required department meetings and professional development workshops throughout the year.
QUALIFICATIONS:

MA, MFA or Ph.D required
PAY & WORK SCHEDULE:

Standard Hrs: 37.5;  Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience.
