NKU seeks an experienced enrollment management professional with exceptional strategic and collaborative leadership skills for the position of Vice President for Enrollment and Degree Management. The vice president will report directly to the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs while also working closely with the President, college deans, and other members of the university’s leadership team. The vice president will lead strategic recruitment processes and play a key role in retention initiatives across the university, including efforts to grow enrollments and the related development and refinement of pathways to graduation. The vice president will have direct oversight for undergraduate admissions, student financial aid, retention planning and analysis, and the office of the university registrar. The vice president will work across campus units and externally to solidify and implement NKU’s integrated strategic enrollment plan. He/she will be student centered and will possess great analytic and technological depth, an eye for the possible, and a proven capacity for embedding enrollment within institutional values and aspirations. He/she will also possess superior interpersonal communication skills, a collaborative leadership style, highly-attuned motivational abilities, a commitment to and record of fostering diversity, and exemplary personal and professional integrity. A master’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Review of applications will begin and recruitment will continue until the position is filled.
