ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (1359/E0214*)
Assist the Business Manager with the oversight of Human Capital Management (HCM), overseeing part-time hiring and payroll administration, and working to maintain excellent customer service for departmental patrons while searching for operational efficiencies. Work with the Business Office team on business unit development with regards to purchasing, invoicing, revenue depositing, and the oversight of all account reconciliation for the department. Work with the Business Manager to identify technological innovations that will drive departmental efficiency while maintaining standard business practices. Assist the Business Manager with budget development through improved reporting and analysis. Serve as departmental back-up for all business- related issues during the absence of the Business Manager.Required Skills
B.A./B.S., strong communication and analytical skills and one to three years of related experience.
