Position Summary: The Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Kenan-Flagler Business School leads the curricular and co-curricular activities in entrepreneurship on behalf of the Kenan-Flagler Business School. The Center is committed to training and educating undergraduate and graduate business students and supporting cross-campus constituencies in entrepreneurship. The Associate Director of Entrepreneurship Programs will be responsible for developing and leading core educational and outreach programs of the Center. The position will collaborate closely with the Director and with Center faculty to develop and execute core curricular and co-curricular programs and to lead student and alumni leadership programs as well as student competitions. Additionally, the position will advise students and oversee student entrepreneurship organizations and lead all marketing and communication for the Center's activities to the university community, alumni, and public constituencies.
Education Requirements: An undergraduate degree is required. A Master in Business Administration or a Master's Degree in an equivalent field is preferred. All degrees must be from accredited institutions.
Qualification and Experience: Successful candidate will possess at least three years of progressive experience in entrepreneurship or a related business background; and prior work experience in relationship management, program development, and communications at a mid-level is preferred.
