Job Summary This position works as part of a team in providing student support services and reports to the Director of FACS Student Success and Advising Center. Student Affairs Professional II provides the full range of professional knowledge and experience, designed to recruit, retain, undergraduate and graduate students in the college, fostering a positive student experience and academic success in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS). Provides support to prospective students and current students, undergraduate and graduate, regarding departmental services or within a program of study; provides oversight for program procedures, policies, goals, and objectives, provides technical guidance and problem resolution. Implements student recruitment initiatives and participates in the evaluation of such initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in field appropriate to area of assignment AND two years of administrative and appropriate program experience; OR Master's Degree in field appropriate to area; OR six years of progressively responsible administrative and appropriate program experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
