Description

Serve as front office, customer service support, both in-person and telephonic for Human Resources related issues and concerns for all University and Medical Center employee.

Key Functions and Expected Performances:
  • Intake of benefits, retirement, FMLA and other forms.
  • Handle in person and telephonic inquiries on all HR related topics
  • Assist customers with employment application process.
  • Assist with Valet service responsibilities as needed.
  • Coordinate I-9 process for new hires and re-hires
  • Distribute employee paychecks and timesheets
  • Assist with scanning and distribution process of requisition forms
  • Monitor group e-mail box
  • Occasional project work to be conducted as determined by business needs.
Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented

This position requires High School degree or GED and 1 year of experience or the equivalent.
