The TRIAD Outreach Team is looking for a candidate with a strong background in early intervention consulting services for 1-3 year old children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) that includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing social and communication routines and skills, and training parents in evidence-based practices.
Key functions include but are not limited to:
  • Planning, preparing and conducting behavioral assessments and training activities for parents and community service providers who work with children with ASD; 
  • Consulting with parents and community providers to help them develop appropriate goals and activities for individual children, improve the structure and organization of their home environments as appropriate.  
Preferred Experience & Skills:
  • Several years experience and training in working with children with ASD
  • Experience with families of children with ASD and community agencies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Additional Information:

This is a full-time position; 40 hours per week.
A fairly extensive amount of local (i.e., non-overnight) travel is also required for this position. This travel will be completed with the consultants own car; gas reimbursement will be proved.

Basic Qualifications

Job requires Masters and 1 year of experience or the equivalent.
