Student Services Program Coordinator II
Job Description Under limited supervision of the Psychology Department Chair and Graduate Program Directors, this person will develop, conduct and coordinate the daily administrative activities of the Psychology Graduate Student Services Office. This person will also assist program directors with graduate student assessments by creating forms and online surveys, as well as processing graduation applications and related paperwork. Minimum Qualifications Masters degree in Student Personnel Services or related field, or bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and managerial skills. Knowledge of MS Word operating systems and database management including Access and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of database management including Millennium, Banner, Content Manager, Qualtrics, College Net and experience with USC operating systems preferred.
