Position Summary: Works with faculty and other University clients, as well as LearnDAT team members (artists, programmers, student developers); consults, develops, and produces complete Web-based courseware for online and blended offerings; consults with, trains, and assists users. Duties associated with this position involve viewing a CRT or VDT screen 50-75 percent of the time.

Support Staff: Minimum Requirements
A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, digital media art, information systems, or educational technology; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in web design, instructional design, interaction design, information architecture design, project management, and education; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typing Requirements (wpm):

Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in related field; excellent communication skills; instructional design background; experience with learning/course management systems; experience organizing and developing faculty development workshops; knowledge of current and emerging instructional technology; experience with multimedia tools, including linear and interactive digital video, and other emerging technologies related to delivery of interactive content over the Internet; ability to work well in a team environment.
