The Board of Trustees and the Presidential Search Committee invite nominations for and expressions of interest in Our Lady of the Lake University’s ninth presidency. A Catholic comprehensive liberal arts and sciences university sponsored by the Sisters of the Congregation of Divine Providence, OLLU enrolls approximately 3,000 diverse undergraduates, graduate students and adult learners at its beautiful French Gothic San Antonio campus, at its branch campuses in The Woodlands near Houston and the Rio Grande Valley, and via online programs. Through its College of Arts and Sciences, School of Business and Leadership, School of Professional Studies, and the Worden School of Social Service, OLLU offers undergraduate majors and minors in 33 fields, master’s degrees in 14 areas of study and two doctoral degree programs. Its curricula flow from a strong liberal arts and sciences core and reflect a deep commitment to service and lifelong learning. The University is ideally situated near the heart of San Antonio.


OLLU’s next president will embrace the opportunity to lead a complex institution serving an array of learners in multiple contexts. Experience with enrollment management, resource cultivation and generation, curricular innovation, branding and marketing, and partnership building will be important, as will leadership and relational skills that instill confidence, inspire trust and motivate others.
