RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Supervise preparation of specific NCFs as assigned 2. Responsible for contract negotiation with exhibit facilities, decorators and hotels, preparation of publications 3. Onsite supervision of committees, decorator, security and facility personnel, paramedics, etc. 4. Assist the National College Fair management team in the preparation of all fair schedules 5. Assist in the development of publicity and promotion for the fairs, including developing relationships with local newspapers, other promotional publications, community organizations and churches, as well as radio and television outlets 6. Complete program audits and reports utilized to evaluate the program 7. Verify target student/high school population with NCF chairs for individual fairs 8. Assists in executing a comprehensive marketing plan for the National College Fair Programs 9. Travel to fair sites and serve as onsite supervisor for National College Fair programs 10. Respond to calls/emails from members interested in the National College Fair program 11. Generate labels and reports for program use as well as dissemination to other responsible parties 12. Initiates and implements an onsite evaluation process to distribute, collect, and enter data associated with improving the National College Fair Programs, developing a written report of the findings for distribution to the National College Fair Management team 13. Review floor plans and assign booths 14. Assist in marketing Lead Retrieval Program 15. Research and collect logistical information for dissemination to the public through print and the web 16. Provides back-up support as assigned for all National College Fair Program mailings. 17. Scans all National College Fair Program contracts, invoices and documentation as it pertains to record keeping 18. Serves as a relief for the NACAC receptionist as assigned 19. Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of National College Fairs. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: • Bachelor’s degree required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Ability to coordinate many projects simultaneously • Ability to meet deadlines and assume responsibility • Ability to concentrate and perform detailed work • Ability to relate to and work well with people • Proficient written and oral communication skills.
