Posting Description: *Department Information:* The Office of Admissions/Enrollment Management provides the University of Colorado Boulder with an academically strong student population while supporting the University's vision of promoting diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and intellectual endeavors. *Job Responsibilities:* This position works closely with the IT Team Leader responsible for monitoring and assuring the accuracy of data uploaded for all prospects and web applications. Upon completing a training program this position will independently: * Conduct a manual comparison review of incoming test scores, applications and prospect lists to existing records on the student information database through a near/match algorithm to ensure accuracy of data. * Prevent and resolve duplicate records within the student information database and ensuring integrity of data. * Test procedures, new systems and workflow designs to verify the completeness of the processing design based on the knowledge of both the system and the desired results. * Trains temporary staff, student assistants and full-time * Processes Demographic Information Change Forms, updating email addresses, referencing names, social security numbers, addresses, date of births, etc. *Note:* To meet volume demands during peak processing periods of the year this position may be asked to work extended hours. Desired Qualifications: *Preferred Qualifications:* _Preferred qualifications may be used to further reduce the pool of applicants to those who are most highly qualified._ * Experience working with a robust database or records management system such as Oracle Campus Solutions or PeopleSoft products. * Ability to train other employees and serve as a go-to person with questions and peer- training. * Experience working with student records.
