Under the supervision of the Deans/Assistant Deans, support the hiring and orientation of adjunct faculty. Under the guidance of the Deans/Assistant Deans, assist the academic divisions in the development of semester course schedules. Provide support to the Deans/Assistant Deans in the textbook adoption process. Assist the Deans/Assistant Deans in the goal setting and goal reporting process. Provide support to the Deans/Assistant Deans to research, market, and prepare curriculum for submission to the college approval process. Serve on college committees and participate in college and community activities as appropriate. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field required. Minimum of two years experience in an educational environment required. Comparable education and/or management experience may be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications required. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality required. Ability to establish effective working relationships with faculty, staff, and students.
